Use of Technology-Enabled Automation and Artifical Intelligence Policy
ISCT may use technology-enabled automation tools, including learning management systems, automated registration systems, analytics dashboards, and limited artificial intelligence-enabled tools, to support learner registration, communication, content delivery, learner progress tracking, and program evaluation.
ISCT ensures:
- Human oversight of all key educational decisions, including learner assessment, certificate issuance, complaints, and appeals;
- AI or automated tools are used only to support administrative efficiency and learner experience, not to replace professional judgment;
- Learner personal information is protected in accordance with ISCT privacy policies;
- Learners will be informed where material AI-enabled tools or automation are used in course delivery, learner support, or program administration, where applicable;
- Course content, assessments, and certification decisions remain under the control of qualified faculty and ISCT workforce development personnel.
